Cotton is so easy to maintain. It is always a mystery why one would use blends with polyester content or even 100% polyester. Consider the environment for future generations.

A little math goes a long way in protecting your investment. Depending on the traffic at your establishment and how often you wash your linens you should consider 3 to 7 par.
The Drop and Overlay
If using a tablecloth as an overlay the drop can be a little less. Floor length underlays require maintenance and offer a very luxurious look.
